Hey! I’ve worked for Target for six years and just got promoted to Service and Engagement Team Lead… current front end team member! I’ve worked my but off for this promotion and don’t want to disappoint! What are you tips and tricks and routines for those who have been in the position for a while much appreciated!

Always verbalize exact thank you constantly. Not just a “thank you for today see you next time” but “thank you for responding so fast to drive ups all day” and so forth. No small task is too small to not be recognized
Good advice but, this is from 2024 original poster might not even work for Target anymore.

Agreed, as we had an STL at my old store about 15 years ago that would give out thank yous like they were going out of style. The only thing was that she was not very sincere. Would could tell that they were phony.
