We only have 2 for flow and 3 for market so far and its Nov. Already
Not looking good for us this year
On the plus side im actually scheduled for 40hr weeks but i can see are small flow team of 12 getting burned out with all the freight that we get this time of year if we dont beef up the team
 
Some stores are having additional hiring fairs because the store hasn't filled their quota or more likely, the seasonals they hired quit only a few shifts in.

We've had them every single Friday since the initial event. And, in my store at least, it's because we haven't met our goal.

I'm told that we should be having them because we didn't meet our goal. But, our HR-TM who ran the events quit after 20 years with Target because they refused to make her fulltime. ETL-HR doesn't have time to do them. Yet, everyone's hours were still cut next week to train new seasonals.
