I predict big transitions in babies, OTC, men’s grooming if you have it. Looks like 2026 will be a fun time
I heard it’s possible the 64” gondolas becoming the same height as the others (72” or 84”)Babies in March and Toys in July are the major "space moves" I've seen so far. Haven't seen anything out of the ordinary for OTC but who knows.
A rollercoaster. 12 hrs one week 40 the next and 16 the week after thatI predict big transitions in babies, OTC, men’s grooming if you have it. Looks like 2026 will be a fun time

I hope OTC doesn't have a major transition - the last one wasn't small. And I'm not sure what I think about the possibility of the 64" gondolas going away. I see positives and negatives.I predict big transitions in babies, OTC, men’s grooming if you have it. Looks like 2026 will be a fun time
Certain sets such as Hearth & Hand, Bullseye, Legos, Our Generation...I start the first POG, print my labels, back out of it and do the same for the rest of the POGs. That way no matter what POG I'm working on, when I scan an item, it will tell me which POG it goes to. I just make sure that I'm in whatever POG I'm setting. This works well for when you have items (such as Legos) that are similar and people tend to put anywhere.Guided POG is fine as a training tool, not as a working tool.
Trying to work thru Hearth & Hand today was a bitch using it. Had items come off one POG but not show up on another until after I had completed the Build part- it scanned like NOP merch until the build was complete. 🤦🏻♀️
now that there’s just Saturday left to do those two fresh pogs, I find out we didn’t get enough pushers…. Now I have to make an executive decision on which to do and which to leave half set. It may have to be a mix of the both or one gets tied off and redone later… I love it here
That’s probably going to be my choice, they have a lead time of 21 days so it can wait until it comes in.We identified we didn't have the pushers a week ago. We just set it on the existing shelves and pushers and will address it when they arrive.
Hello, is there a metric for ppa’s? For the stores that do them, do you do them for every set as you go or after big transitions?
What’s the point in filling them out besides helping HQ with the info.
We do! I'll check with them and see if they need them. Thanks!Does your store have a Starbucks that does drive-up orders?
That looks about the size of the drink/food order labels if it fits in a regular printer.
You can. Theres an option near the bottom that says "POG Details" (or something like that). It opens up the old pog page where you can batch the labels. I did it when printing labels for sidecaps. Why? Why did they take away the ability to print labels for a POG before tying it?
Why did they take away the ability to view upcoming POGs for a given DPCI? Why do I have to not only tie the POG, but click all the way through the "finalize build" step--thereby dropping a priority fill--before anything, including ISM elements, will show as belonging to that POG?
Is this supposed to deter those of us who "cheat" the guided process by setting our POGs independently and refusing to tie shit until we're good and ready to pull priorities and not a minute sooner?
Is there not a single person at HQ who has ever actually set a POG? Is anyone at HQ within five degrees of separation from someone who has ever actually set a POG
yes it did. I hate it.Interesting. Wonder if it changed for the non UOM stores.
This no longer works as of yesterday. You just get a message that says something to the effect of “cannot batch labels until POG is tied.”You can. Thanks for that belly laugh. I’ll need it to warm up for another day of heaving sobs.
