I’m assuming for lunchables/snacking cheese, the lunch meat, and possibly bacon/hot dogs? Since I know all 3 reset that same weekLooks like the extra space grid fixtures are for the processed meat on July 20.

Yeah. Although our Lunchables pog set with space grid last week. Was that an outlier?I’m assuming for lunchables/snacking cheese, the lunch meat, and possibly bacon/hot dogs? Since I know all 3 reset that same week
Ours set with regular shelves + wanting regular pushers/ the shelf dual pushers ; Didn't call for the Space Grid during the transition unless I missed that during the POG Review (but I didn't see the line listing say space grid) - That may explain why we have 3 pallets of fixtures up in the steel.Yeah. Yes, late on Saturday, although a few are always missed. Sometimes, a lot are missed.Does anybody in your store go around late Saturday or early Sunday and actually pull down the expired promotional sales signs from the prior week?
They’re supposed to be taken down Saturday night. Closers should be removing them during their zones. Or follow a routine take down at whatever time close to closing. When I used to close, I’d carry a bag on my tier and remove as I zoned around 8 or 9. But I’ve noticed now as an opener that closers don’t remove them anymore. Sometimes a whole department is still up. It’s kinda annoying
Well, not exactly. We struggle with getting them to actually zone right if at all too lol but they’ve been pushing the team to be better. Little progressYou have closers that zone? huh. Haven't had that in years.
That's crazy and sad- as a closer pretty much my main responsibility is zoning no matter what workcenter I'm in. Must make for a sucky morning thenYou have closers that zone? huh. Haven't had that in years.
Yep. No zoning by closers (well, hardly ever) plus pretty often, they leave the last pulls for me to push. Feel like I'm starting in a hole, especially if I have a large truck.Must make for a sucky morning then
yes. yes it does. That's crazy and sad- as a closer pretty much my main responsibility is zoning no matter what workcenter I'm in. Must make for a sucky morning then
For anyone who has done seasonal one question; what's up with the binders laying down? So ugly.
And they wonder why we have INF's.Not even halfway through BTS set and have people with a school list going through.
They've at least gotten better since I joined Target. Used to be 2 or 3 weeks out. Now it's 4 to 10 days. And they wonder why we have INF's.
They'll be asking for Halloween in 2 weeks.🤣
Just a thought, but I think the merchandise should not start flowing till mid week the week the pog's are due.
