MEGATHREAD Signing Tips, Tricks and Quips (along with howls of despair)

I love how most of the Dec home pogs are calling for the 2026 storewide backer paper and we weren’t sent any. I also love that pogs are calling for both the 2026 and the home paper.

<insert thick sarcasm here> I really, really enjoy having to poke holes in shelf liner because no one thought to have any pre-punched holes to account for the use of fencing which is also on the POG.

I'm curious what kind of shelf liner/covers stores are getting that set the actual wood in Home Gateway (formerly Home Inno). I can't imagine they'd still be using fencing as that will cheapen the whole esthetic they're going for.

The ISM instructions look like they are accounting for ISM that might happen next year- wood looking valance headers which I didn't receive/are not on POG. So now I have a gap in Soft Decor for a graphic that looks like it hangs down from a valance header unless the ISM is coming late. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also missing new backer paper for Home Gateway.

we got the wood fixtures as a select store, others are getting it in 2027’s transition.

We got 7 pallets, 4 pallets alone are the wood cubbies - no shelf liner or fencing, it’s an actual wood cubby to hold the pillows

I'm jealous! I think the cubbies look way more polished and elevate the space much better. The only new thing I got is the round table, hoping to get that placed soon because the area is starting to look like a garage sale with merch moving POGs.

Where can I find “best practices “ for teams — POG, Pricing, Backroom, Flow/Inbound?

A little off topic but this thread is full of knowledgeable team members

New pushers are being sent for Pringles and added into Lunchbox. Nuts are going to standard shelves with dividers.
We didn't get sent any pushers for Pringles - they want it on 22 inch shelves, but only sent us the left and rights, no center... So I had to order those via FUSE - I also had to order 78 replacement chip shelves since ours are all messed up.

We fully set snacks already. The reflow makes no sense and all the guests keep complaining about it.
