Nope. Got the slash before payroll cuts, all other electronics TMs were getting roughly 15 more hours than me, and when I asked management, they gave wishy-washy excuses before offering to average my hours out rather sheepishly.

I had to call out this evening for ice. For snow I usually allow extra time and go slow and if I am late, so be it. Spot is usually overstaffed for the inclement weather days/nights as more team members find a way to make it in than are needed for the number of guests. Target isn't going to pay to replace my car if it skids off the road and is totaled and the safety of myself and my vehicle is more important than the $35 I would bring home for coming in for 4 hours.
