Hi! I am a soft lines TL. Have been at Target for about 5 years but I am brand new to the break room. Started at Target in high school as a TM so getting my promotion to a TL was awesome! I am in the midwest.

I like that they put the whole Softlines part of the store in AA. Now when approaching a guest you have to say "Hello, My name is _____________, and I am an alcoholic!"

We have some work to do to make E2E smoother but honestly I think we are picking it up okay. Another soft lines TL says that we are doing a bit better than other stores they have heard about. FWIW

Does your store actually use the term A & A? My STL is obsessed with calling us the "style team," while we just say SL. But pretty much nobody even knows what A & A stand for.

No one really says A&A to my knowledge, but that appears to be the official department title now. I think I'm going to start calling them AA members though.

If you get truck & zone done daily, you will be ok. Don’t forget the rfid scan too.
