For anyone who honestly believes you will have more people on the sales floor you are going to be disappointed, very disappointed.The store I was at has been doing this since before Christmas. Its not pretty. Productivity is the focus. You will run your behind off, you will sweat and you will be stressed, very stressed.

We are back stocking, instead & not on the floor.

There's even less floor coverage on non truck days with mdse from the previous truck still setting on the line.

Sorry! No such pages exist in the guide. It does mention all updated JDs should be on work bench so I can check tomorrow but I can imagine its just a general JD that tells you to do everything.
