Store Director now a Style ETL

My store director is now a style ETL can
anyone explain to me how does this happen or can a store director do both titles. Thanks

In lower volume stores, the SD is also the "ETL" for Specialty Sales.

At my store we had 1 ETL and 1 SD that's it. The SD was SD/ETL Service and Engagement, the ETL was everything else.

They’ve accepted that Style does nothing but Guest First and Fulfillment anyway so why do they need their own ETL?
