Yep, ours are proofed & poofed before prep.
After four hrs tho, they're pretty soggy & sad-looking so we do our prep for lunch then hrs later a dinner prep.

Yeah we don't have the Pizza Hut at my store, just the regular Cafe pizzas. Guests love them for some reason? I've had people come and order them to go, five or six at a time. Just to snack on later. Sooo glad we just bake those to order.

I am addicted to target pizzas. I actually gained a good few pounds when I still worked there because I would eat several a day. Now at least once a week I go to target on my lunch break to buy one. I may have a problem

We still have the little personal pan pizzas. I don't know how they got away with only making pizzas once a day for so long.
