Hot take: there should be a report of any item who’s on hand count is below 0 that stores should have to audit, as well as drastic differences in floor/back and on hand.

My store initially didn’t get an Michelle Obama books because the mydevice said 0 floor 0 back 350 on hand. We had none.

Our store just tosses the clearance item into the WACO. No error message for that. :/

They used to do that at my store, too. Clearance, missing ticket, nof, nop, you name it, all dumped in wacos...🙄

I’ve caught a couple TMs backstocking reshop because they were dumb enough to backstock vendor items

I'm going to guess this is a training issue. New TMs need to be told what is vendor so they know not to backstock it.

We tell everyone and I have signs everywhere and a list of all vendors on every market light duty aisle and it’s still happens :////
