Archived Team members calling for their schedule

When hours are low at our store its common for people to call for their schedule more often. However, management has been clear that schedules are not to be given out over the phone. First its for privacy and protection reasons. Anybody could pretend to be you or your family member and what happens if that 'person' is out to get you?
The second issue is that people will be NCNS and then try and pin it on the person who gave them their schedule. So from here on in except in very rare circumstances schedules will not be given out over the phone.

I've never owned a employee handbook. LOL!

I would suggest you get one from your ETL-HR. It is actually pretty nice to look at before you start telling people what Target policy is....

I've worked at 6 different stores, none of those stores gave tm information over the phone.

If it says in the "handbook" to call in for your schedule, I believe you.
