Apparently it was a a good, evenly matched fight. The TMs who originally saw it start, let it go on for a good 5 min While watching. Only because a different TL was walking past did they call ETLs over to stop it.

Slapping the butt, completely inappropriate - beating up someone, also inappropriate. A lot depends on what was said and done between the two leading up to the fight, of course.
If someone at work slapped my butt, I would not want or expect my husband to choose violence to deal with the situation. Now, if they grabbed my boob? That might be a different story...!
