We were told that was just the process to get on the bench or put into a position. Our leads tell us little info or just lie all the time. Our store and leaders are a mess tbh

Being on the bench means you wait until a position opens in your store or others . But if you don’t keep checking they gonna leave you there , but they will have you do the team lead work without the pay.

Is this new? Cause I interviewed with my ETL and then my STL. Why would you need two STL interviews?

Depends on your location and how the dtl wants it done. Where I am you must pass an interview w the dtl.
