Archived TMs scheduled shifts getting cut??

Sorry if this has already been asked but I could not find it!
Situation: TM was called and told not to come in for next scheduled shift because it was cut(not for overtime or anything). We are just unsure if this is something they can do? Thanks!

Can & do quite frequently:
More hours cut
Sales Floor Hours Cut in Favor of Backroom
Closed
Swap Shift Board
i feel like i am getting replaced
Cut Hours / Schedule...What To Do?

That TM should get paid for 3 hours according to the "minimum pay guidelines".

Thanks for your reply guys! Sucks that they can schedule you and just decide not to let you work but its target couldn't expect better from them.

That happened to me this afternoon! I went to check my schedule online and one of my shifts was gone and no one even told me not to come in that day
