Vacation accural

Did vacation accural change? I was suppose to max out at 180 yet my vacation hrs says 181 and I haven’t hit the next milestone to accrue more. My hr didn’t have an answer.

Maybe OP is like me in that I never seem to be able to take time off.
Now I bits of it to even out my paycheck.

I've already used about 100 hours of vacation and ph so far this year but a good portion of that was before covid changed how Target is ran. I'm in SFS and its been hard finding time to take off.

Take a day off in ehr. You earned it.

Saving vacation time to use on weeks you aren’t scheduled for 30-hours is a way to maintain your healthcare benefits.

You should take accrued vacation because in some states if you are terminated they do not have to pay it out.

My avg hrs is 40 it’s just hard to take time off. I actually had time off scheduled this week but my receiver had to take time off and outside of the receiver and myself there’s only one other person who is trained in that area.

Be careful, and demand time off. After January, the amount you can accrue goes back to 1.5x before you stop accruing.

Sadly Texas is not one of them. But then again Texas is an at will state so I didn't think they would be a pay out state.
