When working to help open the Islandia & Central Islip stores -- seeing all the equipment with out a scratch on it -- every lamp lit - WAVEs not destroyed -- made me smile a little --

This new store - a small-format from a former Kink-Kullen is new to me -- I'll bet 10 cans of Spam the poor beleaguer - SBS's from Whitestone Queens & Westbury will have to spend time there --- a full time maintenance person for a store the size of a closet -- I doubt it --

Opening new stores can be a great experience,everything is so perfect for those few hours before the door opens for the first time,but it has been a long time since we opened new stores around here.
