Some things really do work better when the store is closed - like flow. Hauling around pallets and flatbeds and towering u-boats is easier when not having to steer around guests' carts and watching out for children running out the end of an aisle. That said, I do enjoy helping guests - like the elderly man this morning whose doctor told him he needed to take iron tablets and can I help him find the right product? Sure, let's check some labels and see what we can find....

Target should have an overnight crew. Period.

Would love to be part of a small, dedicated overnight flow team. Have a small crew who really knows what they're doing - get it done, cleaned up, gone before the store opens.
