When do you start earning personal Time off and getting Holiday pay?

When do you start earning personal Time off and getting Holiday pay?
for personal time..you have to avg more than 32 hours and work for target for six months. For vacation time...you have to avg more than 20 hours..and work for target for six months. For non team leads...you get a select paid holidays..but you have to avg 32 hours and work for target for six months.

Depending on your state..from day one...if you work on a holiday..you will most likely get time/half

I should have an average of 32 hours next month. Does Personal Time start accruing right away or a month after you hit the 32 average needed?

I assume to earn holiday pay, you need an average of 32 hours as well? And the same delay after earning 32 hours?

It starts the 1st pay period...the month after your six months / 32 hours

I've been with Target for 7 years lol. Been getting 40 hours each week for the past 3 month after my position change. Was just seeing when I earned person time off in addition to my vacation time. And seeing if I even get any holiday pay (as a non-team lead).

It took me 9 months before I finally saw a vacation hour. Worked 38 hours every week for the 9 months, total hours YTD was around 1200 when I got my first vacation hour. HR said after 1000 hours you begin to incur it. Seemed longer than that for me though.

Well than seeing you're at seven years...it would be as soon as your avg hits 32.0..

I believe the longer you work at Spot the faster your vacation time accumulates ie per pay period
