Yeah from all that I have read, this "pilot" sounds like a gigantic "clusterfuck" blame game. I'm sorry for the new team members who are experiencing this, but yeah, this seems to hurt productivity rather than help.

I think its more just that leaders cannot figure it out. Ours is perfectly fine and getting better everyday :)

Ours is getting better...they just need to figure out productivity. They get most of the tasks done but just far too slowly.

Market forreal messing up my life atm.

Also, candy. Does the candy in seasonal fall under market or BR? No one can seem to decide on this and market has left that batch in there on numerous occasions. Also, is Hcandy hard candy or holiday candy? Could have sworn it was hard candy.
Holiday Candy. That's why the HCDY valley in the BR should be empty between Easter and Halloween.

As for who works it, common sense would say the market team since it's a food item but you never know... Check with the flow TL to see who is dealing with the seasonal candy that comes in on the trucks.

Our market team pushes the McLane candy and any in the market aisles. We're still unclear about pets, though, which falls under consumables.

The biggest issue with the roll-out is that no one is willing to take responsibility for anything. That goes for the TL, the LODs, the ETLs, and TMs. When someone sees something they're not sure about they leave it for someone else to figure out. I love the idea of the market team. I was excited to be a part of it. But it will never succeed at stores that lie to and cheat their employees.

We had been pulling the seasonal candy batches, but not pushing it. Saturday, one of my PAs said my STL told him that market is responsible for the halloween candy... But there are like 10 pallets. He told one of the dry market guys to start pushing halloween candy. That TM was like fuck that because no one wants to push that shit alone. Plus we aren't even getting our dry market shit done because lack of team.

This is why it's still a pilot. Hopefully they will iron out more of the details before expanding it further.
