Last year, only those that absolutely needed equipment got it and they partnered up people to work a section of the store and they would receive a walkie to share.

yea that is what I remember. In my opinion only ETLs, TLs, and other essential TMs should get a Walkie

If you're full time I'm pretty sure you get paid for Thanksgiving even if you don't work. So if you do work, it would be time and a half plus the automatic holiday pay.

This really doesn't sound right? So full time is what, 40 hours? 35.75? 38?

I assure you its correct. And full time at Target was like 30 or 32 last I heard.
