Hello all, I am new here but I've been working at Target for 2 years now. I am a senior in college and had been looking at the executive internship. I applied through eHR, and the recruiter was waiting for my information to come through. It went through but I never heard from him. I talked to me...
Our store has an extraordinarily high turnover rate, but we do have some TMs and TLs that have been there for 30+ years. And, annoyingly enough, most of them are completely worthless. There's one backroom TM who no one likes and it's a mystery how she still works there. Everyone complains about...
Hi everyone! I have been a cashier for almost a year now and was wondering how the transferring process is like. As in, I want to do something beyond cashiering at my store. I go to an "elite" university (whatever that means) and don't want to be stuck in the same position throughout all of...

I am a new flow TM, what should I do to be considered a TL? When can I start applying? What specific things do I need to know to prepare myself for an interview?
I am not in a hurry, per se, I just want to make sure that my actions right now are leading me to that goal, when opportunity does arise.
And some people hoped that this would go away...
Full disclosure, I was (as so many others I see posting here) an ETL hire straight out of college, and turned frequently to this site for tips and advice prior to taking the offer and donning my red and khaki.
Although there's already a...
