Our new market team needs some new gear to keep warm in the freezer. Looking on SAP all I see is the SAMCO bib pants and coats. Are those the only options now for stores? The green suit the TL liked better seems to be MIA.
With the new rollout, or Market and BR team and pretty much at wits end.
All the new hires were thrown into back, and they keep fucking up the food asiles because they don't know how to pull and can barely backstock. While market may now "own" those aisles, it's the backroom that has to keep...
Seriously though. I've been in consumables for a few weeks and I'm not sure why so much gets tossed, especially in P-fresh. I worked at a grocery store for quite awhile before Target and I really feel like many of the practices from my former job could be helpful at Target.
Hey Everyone,
To no one's surprise, mine least of all, my store was not prepared for the market roll out that just began today. Now, I'm no stranger to rolling with the punches and adapting around here--let's face it, that's what we do here at Spot.
But when I mean there wasn't a plan, I MEAN...
Im currently a cashier. My store is low on market tms and they keep asking for me to train over there. I need more hours cause Im down to one shift a week (absolute bs when my GSTLs call me their most valuable cashier....)
Is Market a good section to work at? What all would I have to worry...
I have been working in a smaller target for a couple of months and our market team is fairly small, our TL with two market members and a p.a. in the morning then one mid-day and one or sometimes two closers. I've been talking to my p.a. and I guess there is suppose to be two p.a. for market and...
So a few hours into my p-fresh shift, my CTL asked me if I would be interested in becoming a PA. I know what it generally is, but it's one of those positions that I don't know much about. What does being a PA fully entail? We have 3 other PAs right now, 3 guys. I read that it's similar bitch...
I was cashiering today and lady was buying some Valentine's Day Market Pantry rice crispy treats, when I scanned them the computer prompted me to not sell them, printed out a piece of paper to put on the item, and told me to call a supervisor to key in their numbers. I've never seen that before...
I am a PA in Market, was just promoted about 5-6 months ago. I work in an A Volume store (which I think is high Volume) store. (We were top 20/1800 stores in Volume Black Friday 2012) And every given month anywhere from 25-29% of my stores volume leaves through my work center in Market.
Even...
So I've been working at Target for about 2 years now, and I recently had to move up north and transferred to a super target. Let's just say its been kind of a culture shock...the policies at this store are very different than the ones I was used to and so are the people. At my old store I was...
