The ETL job name itself is bait for idiots.

If you're at a job fair and you see a choice between "Assistant Manager" and "Executive Team Leader," the ETL spot looks more attractive despite being the same position. It even sounds better than Store Team Leader or District Team Leader because you get to be an "!Executive!" even though it's just as disposable of a position as anyone has here
