interesting that they're going to attempt to have a softlines TL run either electronics or beauty. i think they're gonna run into some of the same issues that they faced with beauty/tech lead but i guess we'll see
Never!😱 His thing is sending us the worst leadership team on the planet, who can’t run this bleepshow, but I’ve never seen him do any physical work to help us out. Our headcount is similar to what it read before our 5th anniversary as a store. But that makes for lots of chiefs and no Indians come January...Not sure if it means anything but... Our Store Director announced that the following Lead and Leader position are coming back to our High Volume Super Target store:
- Deli Lead
- Frozen Lead
- Style/ Beauty Lead
- Style/ Electronics Lead
- Food & Beverage Leader #3
- Food & Beverage Leader #4
- Each Food Leader cover two food related departments (Dairy/Frozen, Meat/Produce, Deli/Bakery, Market/Starbucks/Cafe)
Pretty much almost all the positions that were eliminated over the course of these past 8 month.

I know that a big pamphlet about OSHA rules recently materialized at one of our corkboards so with that development that news would not surprise me.Not sure if this is a truth but on the west coast the rumor mill is buzzing about Osha fining Target in a big way for multiple violations...anyone hearing any of this?
