You don't want THIS barista in a bikini. Is it wrong to want it to be bikini baristas?
My store is part of the pilot. All of the cashiers have HALF of the hours that they have the the prior 2 weeks. I know the higher hours are part of the Easter sales build up. However, it's still less than the weeks prior to the Easter sales push.
So I have serious concerns about how much engaging and advocating can happen with very little staff.
No. No, they can't.For once, could the company accurately assess its stores and roll out something that will actually directly improve its issues?
by that logic why are we on this forum getting and exchanging information about work while at home? And why exactly should they spend their time away from work learning about things for work? Target wants us to know everything, well then they better give us some damn training for it instead of expecting us to do it off the clock.

Trust me.
Who was doing your orders if the Starbucks team wasn’t doing it? It’s like the only workcenter in most stores that has always been end to end.Just a question. Are the barista's expected to pull/push their deliveries now? With the amount of payroll they give you, I see no way this can be done while also keeping the Starbucks open. At my store, we only have one Starbucks TM working an 8 hour shift from X pm to closing (don't want to give away my location, corp hates me enough for starting this thread tbh). One of my ETL's used to work for a Safebux, so she covers the TM's lunch to avoid compliance. I have no idea how this roll-out will fare in my store, but it's Not My Problem.

Yes, and most are baler trained too. We have 3 sets of equipment keys in addition to them being part of electronics, backroom, GSTL, and beauty keys.
