I think a lot of people are. We had a huddle yesterday and I recognized almost no one. Since modernization, only our ETL-GE and HR remain. We have 3 "semi permanent" ETLs replacing our LOG right now, a new SS ETL, a new SD, it's nuts.
And that's just salaried management. As far as salesfloor TMs, there's about 2 or 3 that were still here from just 3 months ago, and 1 of those is leaving this week. One GMTL has already bitten the dust with another openly hostile which makes me think they're leaving very soon. Front end was decimated recently when they promoted a GSTL from another department, skipping all GSAs and everyone else who had even operated a register before. The few people who didn't leave right away after being passed over have bounced after their fears about this new TL proved true.
I'm honestly not too far behind. While I'm no longer signing, somehow I'm still expected to know what all the new signing is, where it is, why it isn't put up, and be able to break down the signing pallet without being given the time to do it. And with these new TL openings being filled without so much as a conversation with me, it's clear that I've reached my peak of the ladder at Target at base pay.
