Going from a high of 36 hours in May to 9 hours in 1st week of June. .
i was told swap shift board is going away, not replacing those that cannot work.
Or Sunday. It would be fun to have all of the front end and sales floor call in on a Saturday!
Or Sunday.
Funny part, I did try. HR gave me a resounding No.All good here.
Try to negotiate more hours in other logistics workcenters. Our receiver helps backroom and flow before the dock opens.
What about your ETL, Flow TL or BRTL?Funny part, I did try. HR gave me a resounding No.
*starts laughing like the Heath Ledger version of The Joker* Been there did that. Would have gotten a better response talking to a brick wall. What about your ETL, Flow TL or BRTL?
I really need to find a better paying job with guaranteed hours. I wish I could get out of this
Sounds like my store on a weekday, only remove market and add API was always told TL and above are guaranteed 40. Part of it is because we really can't pick up shifts anymore.
But this week one of our TLs was told their shift was cut. There was a bit of an argument with hr about that one. They gave the shift back.
I am closing tonight and we have 2 hardlines, 1 market, 1 electronics, and 1 on the phone. The rest are cashier, etl, and gstl.
It's s rough one
