Im my store, the entire flow team pushes it at once to get out the way so no one learns anything
Waste of resources to let you guys all be there and ruin the zone. Makeup is a huge $$ maker. We have exclusive brands not found at your local hellmart. So unless you shop online or have an Ulta or hit up the makeup counter at Macy's you are missing out if you don't browse and like trendy makeup. I don't wear much or like it but I can usually push without a PDA as well. You just have to have an eye for detail.Im my store, the entire flow team pushes it at once to get out the way so no one learns anything
Advisors on beauty? Curious to see what they look like.
Our flow team doesn't get paid enough to do, or care about any of that.
That looks kinda gross tbhThey get paid to do their job correctly.
And the way people do their make-up is amazing. Check this out: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/matthew-terrell/becoming-violet-chachki_b_7439702.html

I could post some pics of a friend of mine who is in transition but not a drag queen (but talk about an awkward way to out yourself on the forum)....she's way hotter than I am.That looks kinda gross tbh
That was done intentionally. Many drag queens have their make-up done that way to exaggerate femininity. We used to have a drag queen at my store, and a bunch of TMs would go downtown every now and then to see him (or her?) perform at the club.
I'll admit drag isn't really my thing, but the article was an interesting read. And I thought my ex took a long time with her make-up...
Unless you're an "executive" transvestite, a la Eddie Izzard 😉
As a drag queen friend explained to me unlike trans women they are men unless they are dressed as woman then you refer to them by their drag name.
Of course there are a few drag queens who are transitioning but that's a whole different story.
Does anyone know anything about Baby Advisers at Target?
I'm in a Baby360 store. Unlike the Beauty Concierges, Baby Advisors are store TMs. Their main focus is guest service in the infants dept, particularly guests who are creating registries.
