Beauty Advisors

We have the beauty concierge (outsourced and wears black) and a beauty specialist (target tm and wears red and khaki) - well did have a beauty specialist until she quit. Now all the lazy cashiers want the position and have applied for it.. LOL they don't realize how much work the specialist did.. Constant cleaning, zoning and being stuck with all of HBA when no one else is scheduled (hence, the reason she quit) . They think they will be playing with make up all day. Don't know if its better to send them there or keep them on the front end barely asking for redcards and never cleaning. (and why should I even care, I'm leaving)

The baby specialist wears a white shirt, not sure if they have set hours, but they are scheduled for different parts of softlines on different days. Baby Specialist is not a full week job for anyone. All of our baby specialists have worked in softlines - they didn't just pull someone from another department or off the street for the position. They had to know the product and be familiar with the department.

We have 3 or 4 Baby Advisors who work the area part-time; they spend the rest of their hours in softlines or other workcenters.
