In which scenario is there more $$$?

Higher volume stores starting etl pay is more money because they’re responsible for so much more sales. Big city stores pay more than rural. For ex

I moved from a small town store to a higher volume store in a big city and got a $7000 bump doing the same etl position in both stores.

I was paid more than my peers because I was 1 out of 2 Log Etls in the district and had more responsibility then gm or specialty etls .

No. We get HRTLs alongside the ETL-HR.

My store has an ETL-HR, HR Process TL, and 4 HR Experts.

However I had three TMs in different departments complain to me already.

I haven't even talked to this ETL yet so I have no opinion.

The reply was that ETL does things by the book.

She did ask whether those three TMs work directly under that ETL.

I said no.

You would think a new employee at any firm would try to keeps things chill for a while after just starting a new position.

It sounds like you’re stirring the pot. Let the new ETL get acclimated to the store.

We had a new ETL-SPS recently that thought the best way to communicate was to scream at people. She screamed at multiple TL's who'd worked for the company for years within her first couple weeks. I left soon after, so not sure how many TL's she's going to drive away, but I suspect the answer isn't 0.
