Black Friday and Catchup

Are anyone else's seasonal sales very low? We're 14% below goal for December so far. I think part of it is that another Target just opened recently less than 15 minutes away, but it seems like most stores I go to are considerably less busy than this time last year.

Nope. Mine is doing quite well. Might be because we get power store status every few days for Ship though.

Nights have been really slow so far, even this past weekend. I expect that to change, but so far it hasn't been bad. Will have to check the numbers tomorrow.

Then it must be from opening the other nearby store. And they're going to open another one and the same county early next year, and a biggy too (over 150k square feet). It's like they want my store to fail lol
