The boy reportedly spent the night in a Target store after running away from home.

They'd have him pushing freight 'til the cops or parents came by to get himAlso, this never would have happened had Spot not taken overnight shifts away from most stores. Just sayin'.
And maybe not the first time either.Goes to show the closing leader lost his job . He /she clearly didn’t put the motion alarm on .
Depends on the SL our closing lead locked team members and guests in multiple times and only got told off about it. He is still a leader on path to become and etl :/ he put his number on guest service white board though so he can ckme back an dlet people out 🙃Goes to show the closing leader lost his job . If this TL locked a TM in the store ONCE I could see letting it slide.Depends on the SL our closing lead locked team members and guests in multiple times and only got told off about it. Bro is either a relative of a DM or has pictures of the guy with farm animals because those are the only 2 situations I can imagine this shit not resulting in immediate terminationIf this TL locked a TM in the store ONCE I could see letting it slide.
If this TL locked guests in the store they should be terminated immediately.
They should is part of the closing procedures along with arming receiving , motion alarm and arming the buildingDo the closers do a thorough walk around? With doors locked do they walk the entire store, every aisle, break room, all offices, closets, cleaning crew room, all rest rooms, back room, baler area, all exits and doors?
Also they need to check the coolers and freezers in the front and back.Do the closers do a thorough walk around? With doors locked do they walk the entire store, every aisle, break room, all offices, closets, cleaning crew room, all rest rooms, back room, baler area, all exits and doors?

Rumor I'm hearing out of Corporate is "NO leaders will be fired any time soon. There are no replacements" ...and the way ny store is going they're quitting faster than they could be fired. Spot's a train wreck right nowIf this TL locked a TM in the store ONCE I could see letting it slide.

That just feeds the turnover rate no matter what the industry.Rumor I'm hearing out of Corporate is "NO leaders will be fired any time soon. There are no replacements" ...and the way ny store is going they're quitting faster than they could be fired. Spot's a train wreck right now
Wow that just sad that because retail has such a high turnover rate that this would be overlooked.Rumor I'm hearing out of Corporate is "NO leaders will be fired any time soon.
