I use to work at Target in the meat/produce section and found a bunch of the sticky coupons that we would put on food that was almost out of date. Can these be used at any Target or just the one I worked at?

Thanks

Did you bring a roll home with you or something? Those coupons are intended for meat/produce products that are nearing their sell by dates. I have to watch them like a hawk when I put them out. Because guest love to peel them off and place them off.

I believe any target even though it may say "meat" on them they should work like a dollar off amount. So really they could work on any item in the store.

Not a roll but some I found in a pair of my old khakis. I caught some people doing that before. They always said sorry I didn't know. yeah right

Weird, my department (meat) carries a few product product. And had our meat coupons on them by mistake. And the register was taking it (guest didn't have any meat in their transaction). Which made me assume the meat coupon only works, so long as you have a meat product in your transaction. Which applies to the product and bakery coupons.

When you check out it only comes up as $5 discount or something like that. I don't think the computer knows its a meat coupon so you could probably use it on anything if the cashier wasn't paying attention or didn't care.

If you don't have a qualifying department item it will tell you and require the F1 override at the register. We used to put the meat on the Italian sausages and it would come up.
