I've always wanted to dress in red and khaki and go shopping at a store where I don't work. After all, there's no law saying you can't wear a red Polo and khaki pants. Then walk around. When people try and talk to me or ask questions, just glare them down like slugs. I know it's mean, but what an evil way to have fun. Maybe even wear a name tag that is generic with no Target logo 9n it as if I work somewhere else. lol

You should call AP or the LOD and let them deal with it. AP could be trying to build a case against this guy and if you do something stupid you could blow the whole thing. Also remember that the stuff he is taking is replaceable... you aren't.
