So you got a $1 raise because of the base pay increase? How about if you make more?

I was making below $10, and since I'm PG 7, I make 10.50 right off the bat. That's a 90 cent in of itself, plus the performance part of the raise.

If you're already above the new base pay, you'll only receive the performance raise. It sucks for people that been there awhile but I don't think corporate really cares either.

ETL told me we are getting both just wondering how much it will be. Im thinking $1 plus merit.
 
My TL did my review, told me the only thing I need to work on is making sure I'm talking to as many guests as possible & that she wants to start training me so I can become a certified trainer in electronics, but I got a .42 cent raise
 
E with a .58 raise. Would've been higher, but new in role. :(

Can't really complain. I've gotten a lot in the way of pay increases this year.
 
I got 0.44¢.

apparently next year all of our raises and reviews will be determined based off of the metrics. this sounds ripe for abuse

My CTL told me he gave me an EX after he sent the reviews to my ETL. My store did pretty decent last year, so I guess I could expect .45-.65 cents?

I think it generally depends on the store, but I would say that is a safe bet, although I have seen a few on these boards who got a lower score, but a higher raise, which I think depends on the area in which you live. I am also.... I think, "New in Role" as Signing Specialist, so that could impact my raise as well. My review was based on my work as a PA, while incorporating my new role into it.

New in role is normally code for you just got a raise based on movement so they gave you a lower review and lower raise. So they could give somebody else a better review and raise.

Example: year i got pa it cane with $1 raise. That year i got E review and .24. Other market tm (not a pa) got EX so they could get .42 or something. I still made out, but not as much so it's more gaur to all of us. Even if the reviews should have been switched based on actual work done.

Same. They haven't been mentioned in weeks at my store. In early March they mentioned it was "review time" and my TL made a comment a week or so ago about how they were writing reviews all day...but that was the last of it.
