Archived electronics---pay raise??

I was "asked" to go from fit room/op to take on some shifts in electronics (which I never have done HL b/4) After I realized my SL shift went to 0 & realized they basically transfered me I became OCD about learning electronics. NOW I have 6 months in does electronics get a raise? Everyweek ALL my hours are in electronics so shouldn't I be making alittle more since this is a specialized area???

Working in electronics, you should be have a pay grade n07 for specialist. Ck your ck for your pay grade for starters. Also, ck your review forms from last year too.

There is some rule that the majority of your hours will have to be Electronics

Only the Electronics brand team member is n07, normal sales floor team members that work electronics are still, I believe, n05.

If your shift is 50% a week at Electronics, you should be N07. There is no more specialist, everyone at Elec&Ent are the same. Talk to your ETL.
