Well, I have my fourth and final interview with the GVP and HRML on Thursday. From what I understand, isn't this generally a confirmation interview? The STL and DTL most likely have recommended you for hire, correct? I nailed my first three interviews and also had a great "job shadow" with my would be STL, and we had some great dialogue. I would be surprised if I do not receive an offer after this interview, however I am not getting my hopes up just yet.
