@H2Owned @brizzy93

I guess the orders are just more spread out now that there is a higher capacity across the whole system.

I suspect that ESFS TMs are going to have a lot of downtime while the SFS stores that made the jump from 50 to 100+ are going to be scrambling for a while.

I don't really see the point of this since there was no increase in demand to go along with the higher caps...its just spreading things out a bit more.
Yeah yesterday was just a little stressful. Gave me some Q4 flashbacks lmao

What happened? I was off today and I guess that was lucky for me.

Collates didn't start printing until around 8pm EST here. So we have probably around 15 full carts to pack tomorrow on top of whatever has dropped tonight/tomorrow, we're expecting to have around 500-600 to pack tomorrow.

Oh shit. Glad I am off tomorrow too. I feel bad for my poor SFS captain....

Our spu dropped at 5pm that were due at 10 am. ours collates printed at 5ish but only for some of the items so i packed that and then left.

Ouch. We had 50+ orders drop in between Sunday night and Monday morning, and I managed to get them all picked before the issues started. Hopefully that will mitigate how many dropped once the outage was fixed.

Yeah I had like 5 SPUs drop in the gun pass the due time. The ETL Log and LOD both getting upset at me trying to explain the problem. Anyways I ended up picking and packing 50 due tomorrow orders. Then the collates from the carts that didn't print started printing on top of my 50 orders.... so i had to pack 100 something orders by myself X_X... and still had collates that didn't print when I left at 10:30pm..Had like 9 carts with like 1 to 6 items in each.

The aftermath wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Came in to around 50 orders to pick and a handful to pack (missing collates that printed sporadically throughout the day). Only missing three collates when I left today.

SPUs were dropping randomly, sometimes already overdue and sometimes due 2 hours out.

It was pretty bad for our crew. We calle din two extra people to pack, making it 7 people in Ship today, and they still didn't finish on time. When the opener came in at 6am there were 210 to pack and 40 batches in the gun, and they kept dropping. There was one person finishing up the last of the picks at 2:30 when I came in. Somehow, everything was packed by 5 and on the truck by 6:30 although UPS did have to send two trucks instead of one.

Help! I trained in ship from store last Xmas and then took someone's shift, so spent 2 days total over there. Now I'm being scheduled an SFS shift in a week or so. I don't remember much at all about what to do. Ahh.

Lol next time you work go find the BRTL and ask for a refresher.

We don't have a BRTL. We have a SR over logistics but he doesn't seem to know much about SFS. Just gotta hope our main SFS guy is around. I believe he's gotta fill in for our receiver for a few days so hopefully he's around.

Smh we only did 63 orders today... idk if it is the system or our orders are just low now....
Wow! I guess enjoy the break as long as they are still allotting hours for 300 orders. Are you noticing more orders for online-only items?

This week I've consistently come in to 50+ orders instead of the usual 0-20 so there's definitely been an increase for us.

No there hasn't been an increase in online only items... honestly I feel like it has been a decrease on orders for Web only... so maybe that is why our orders are low.... but this break sucks tho.. they are making us do price change and push clearance.. tonight I spent my whole shift back stocking so that wasn't too bad.. did 64 orders today

Yesterday we only had 3 fucking people scheduled. There were 53 batches in the gun when I walked in at 8. "What do you mean you guys need help? You guys have [me], [TM1], AND [TM2]!" - LOD 2016. Finally managed to convince her to send one of the SFS trained Sales Floor TMs down to help, but even with 5 TMs 53 batches would be a stretch. And for whatever reason, about 60-70% of the batches were unlocated softlines and there was a fuckton of SA batches so it was taking longer than usual to pick.

Needless to say, we didn't finish on time. Like, at all. Not a chance.

Can we have a discussion about the poor user design of the SFS program. Item Not Here right above Item Info, com'on! Why does it have to ask me where I find an item. 99% of the time, it's on the sales floor, stop asking already. Let's get an update!

All I want is for them to keep softlines orders to the actual fulfillment centers, where everything is neat and organized and where it's supposed to be.

Oh and do something to stop us from getting orders for items that we've previously been unable to find. Right now all it does is stop orders of the item for 24 hours. They need to boost that to at least 2 weeks (so we can research it on the fulfillment report) or make it so that hitting item not here adjusts the on-hand count.

So a few weeks ago, the orders were raised to 125 a day. Then last week's kerfuffle with the collate issue put our packing times and % in the hole. We got a visit from the district TL on SFS and were given a more aggressive goal time to improve our numbers. Fast forward to this week. TODAY orders barely touch 50 and is picked/packed by noon (9am start). Then TOMORROW orders trickle in over the next 4 hours extremely slowly. 10-20 tops. So we're barely averaging 70 orders by pickup time. I suspect the DTL might have made a call to dial us back. But the workload isn't enough to justify two TMs. It's a waste of hours if they're not going to open the gates again. Anyone else in a similar pickle?

Last week we had a definite increase at my store, while those who work at ESFS stores posted on here about getting barely anything at all.

So far this week, it's been back to normal with only a few orders dropping in for me overnight. Meanwhile, I heard the ESFS store in my district hit their order cap of 300 at around 8am this morning.

So I'd say they just fixed whatever backwards shit was happening last week across the whole system.
