Over 900 orders today. We are still pulling and packing shit from yesterday. DTL wants it done by 8am tomorrow.So at least it isn't just my store being run like a shit show. Throwing people who aren't trained or fast enough doesn't help us. We hit 1000 yesterday and it was so bad. There were 19 batches left with no one picking when I left. No one else is going to work on those either. Plus 224 orders for today. I was approved for OT... And I'm gonna have to stay today

Come to find out we had erased 10+ carts of orders... that's the reason our collates had never printed, server problem aside.
You can that in myFA... there is an option to release the cart.. so it deletes all the orders in that cart.... idk if that's what they did thoHow did that happen?
If anyone complains about being overwhelmed, remember that Moosechives had 168 batches today... lol
My ETLs have been helping. They really don't have a choice. Yeah whoever told u you guys to do is in big trouble lol...they lost your store money and wasted payroll picking the orders ... u should only release a cart when everything is packed in that cart and Manhattan says that the cart is cleared but for some reason it won't let you use the cart to pick a new batch then you use release cart option..Exactly what we did because we were originally told to do that after typing Pack01. I heard ours swung by on his day off to help pack, it was kinda nice.Walked by our DTL today in toys and he had a pda and a cart! It was great to see that he'd help pick for out sfs team. Last I heard he was headed to softlines asking us to wish him well cuz, well, softlines.
