I tried to warn them their system was bogged down, be patient wait for the collates . No ,,reprint them, twice, create duplicates...pow,,4 out of 5 servers go down...may day may day may day, send in the re-enforcments. ..all area ETLS and Sr TLs, report to store #Shit Has Hit The Fan,,,start picking in your "Amazing Designer" shoes, find those nonlocated items,,,,did you check everywhere,,,go backs, fitting room , ,,rafters,,,say what your PDA seems to be having a problem,,,it says please wait,, why is it taking so long,,,,that's just the way it is,,,cheap system, low performance ..
Welcome to ESFS!
Yes it like u explained my store lol.. I heard they sent out duplicate orders like tvs and expensive items... so some guests will be getting two tvs for Christmas lol

I have an evening SFS shift tomorrow, first since Black Friday. Wish me luck boys, I'm expecting the absolute worst. I am hearing all these horror stories from you guys in the past few days, and we're a 1500 order ESFS store.

They said they have slowed down order flow to allow stores to catch up. We only had like 30 batches today. And got our pack down to 600 .

This makes me worry about what's left to come. My STL said they are almost through the backlog and we should come clean by Friday with all of the OT we are throwing at this. That seems too optimistic for me to believe though.

Should not have been able to send out duplicate items, if it's already been processed , error invalid,,,means "Destroy that duplicate , triplicate etc",,,,

Well we all know that but the ETL bossing everyone back there doesn't . .. too funny and she started at our store as an intern and they kept her lol... she also had new team members load the trailer and they load the target trailer instead of the UPS

I am going to have nightmares about this. I ended up working Tuesday 5am-5pm, left for 6 hours, came back at 11pm, and left yesterday and 12pm. I was awake 34 hoursish. We can't catch up. It was 2 soft lines team members and me and another sfs tm that tried to catch up overnight and we never made a dent in the packs. As soon as 6am hit and people starting coming in, they started picking and the pack number just grew. When I left it was down to 22 batches and almost 300 pack and we were sent 3 brand new TMs to train (WTF???) We were struggling to find the items in all of the carts. I texted my sfs captain a good luck. I'm not back in til Saturday and we'll still be playing catch up.

I was about the same. When I left Tuesday I was at 32 hours. And I'm working every day till the weekend.

It was real rough. I googled some stuff and realized I was experiencing microsleeps. So I was like uhhh I should probably go home because my brain literally isn't functioning right and I'm useless right now lol.

Well its down to 43 batches. Still far behind. At least we're caught up on packing. My STL was there when i left around 5pm (came in 5am for backroom, took a break at 1030, switch to SFS 11-5) and she's most likely pick after she packs the ones i tied in the last minute.

Definetly over 40. Think im ending near 50hrs this week if i only work my 5.5 hrs for the next two days and not stay.

I am tired. Trailer unload backstock side, backstock pallets while juggling SPUs, and then SFS with SPUs. My body is screaming

When I left Thursday , after 52 hours and 10 straight days,,,,they said we were almost caught up on Tuesdays orders....where's everybody else at ?
Side note, black Friday we did 1700 orders, was to jump up to 2100 for cyber "Crash" Monday . Downhill from there.

When I left today we were finally at 0 for pack.

We expect to get caught up today. I left at 4pm and there were only 30 batches left. Our Starbucks TL was running the night crew and he said they should be able to get it all picked. So today we should have around 400 to pack and only whatever drops in overnight to pick.

We somehow caught up and I only had a single batch the entirety of my night shift. I helped push and backstock, felt useless being there honestly.

We caught up but lots of orders today.

I am having a problem with the pathing though. It takes me from an aisle in toys, to softlines, back to an aisle in toys, to the backroom then back to the floor. I checked the sequencing and everything seems fine and the only people who know how to change it did not.

Finally caught up! Only around 100 had dropped in overnight so it was mostly just a smooth day of packing and going through manhattan investigating the old orders that were stuck in the printed or packing state.

This was the first day this week that I worked less than 10 hours.

We finally caught up as well. Obviously nowhere near meeting the 4:30pm goal time, but on both Thursday and Friday we were at zero packs by midnight, which was the deadline given to us by our DTL.
