At this store unfortunately the “Love” is very real. The male team leaders seem to have a thing for leading and also flirting with women who are under them, I think it’s a huge turn on for them…. If you thought that was bad… wait until you hear how male ETLs hide their lustfulness behind “friendly” I love yous… Under no circumstance should my leaders or ETLS be telling me they love me, like seriously… it’s weird and it makes me uncomfortable. My etl is always protecting two very known weirdos where if you flirt with them you’ll be loved and adored at this store and unfortunately if you don’t put up with their odd behavior, I’ve seen and experienced rumors being spread.
It’s like the men and women here have no social lives or partnerships outside of work. ON TOP OF THAT, if I forgot to mention one of the men who manly does the flirting is married. Seeing extremely narcissistic men in the work place only respecting men or women who decide to fall in line to a very sick and twisted game is scary. It’s gross. It’s not okay. Bullying someone into being with you or accepting your lustful behavior is never okay. You can’t make anyone want to be with you. I wish it would all just change…
