Is there a greenfield report that shows what/when TMs are changing capacities? I was poking around and could not find anything- BAI only shows when capacities are changed to zero.

Thank you!

You can see what and when capacities were changed. But you cannot see by whom. I have suggested this be provided, but the powers that be could not understand the use case for providing that info. I won't link you to my card that provides this info, but I will let you know the name of the dataset that contains the info. It'll be on you to dig a little deeper.

Code:
StoresSalesFloor.store_planogram_item_capacity_snapshot

I change shelf caps all the time to reflect accuracy and also pp process. Especially in kitchen with the seasonal 1, 3, and 5 stuff where the counts are always off.

AP often wants tech item capacities set to 1 or 0 so the items have to be requested to be pulled from the backroom for security. Or if the mech protection strategy affects the capacity, it would need to be adjusted as well. POG TMs are just supposed to validate that the caps are accurate to begin with.
Our district excluded the POG change to 0 from BAI in district reporting since most of our high dollar stuff lives in the back room now.

It is on the dashboard, it just doesn't affect the score. All things being the same, you could have 100 capacity adjustments or zero and BAI would see no impact.

It's included on the dashboard to provide visibility into potentially suspicious backroom activity. Namely, team members zeroing capacities so items don't pull., for the purpose of having less work to do.
