As a DC guy who's free of any dress code, I can say that shorts really don't offer as much ventilation as I would like when I'm working the trailer doors. Best advice I can give is get some briefs or boxer briefs that are snug or have a little 'pocket' to prevent batwinging. And baby powder. Lots of baby powder. A couple of my colleagues swear by the hilariously named 'Boudreaux's Butt Paste', but I have yet to try it.

Yeah I've never had the problem of sticking to my legs either, nor the occasional boner while at work. I guess I don't get sweaty in that area, and I'm too busy to get aroused on the job.

I have a tube of that stuff at home for the days where powdering up just wasn't enough. It works wonders.
