Despite us making sales every day for the past 4 weeks our DTL sent an email encouraging STLS not to flex up.

They said in August that it would pick back up in September...Hours have decreased for every one this month. They said it'll pick back up in October.

I jumped from 16 up to 36. Only reason this happened is because the pricing TL snagged me for their team on that schedule for some of my shifts. If they hadn't done that I would probably still be at 16.How's everyone doing with the two week schedule now? (9/25-10/1)
My hours have definitely decreased, I've been cross training all over the store and now hr has me doing instocks and I hadn't asked to work instock, plus it prevents me from Picking up hours because I'm there from 8am to 12pm so its hard to pick up a shift unless it starts at 1pm because I'm on the bus.
When I started last year I was always scheduled 30-38 hours but since we have a new etl hr she's butchering all the perm tms and giving damn near 40 hours to the seasonal tms. My availability is open but she keeps scheduling me for instocks and I'm a cashier, I'm looking into filing for partial unemployment....
