Hey folks,

I work on improving our existing and helping plan new tech for team members.

I specifically focus on F&B, but am on a team that covers all areas of employees tools and happy to pass along feedback.

We have had some challenges getting TM and TL feedback (especially outside the Twin Cities metro). Hoping this can be another way for me and my team to gather feedback and post some questions.

Oh boy! I was thinking I might need to break up different topics by thread. But if all the folks are tagged in F&B, I would be curious to hear what you think is the top issues impacting your productivity or quality of the food (quality can be freshness, what customers actually want,...).

I have loads of questions or topics. I just know if I post all the questions and topics in one thread or post, things get out of control 🙂. But here for the long haul and happy to have tons of convos

One thing we could do is you all just dump issues. Then I try to organize them. Then make different posts for each topic so we can dive deeper and be focused

I’m happy to contribute and participate. I’m a team lead and have overseen f&B during a leave and I’m still heavily involved. There are things I’m sure I could also use in here from everyone else 😃

I'm GM with a primary focus on OTC and Personal Care. Will have to give this some thought - I'm a "can't think of anything right now" person who then has a brain flash when I'm in the middle of doing a task: "Can't someone think of a better way to do this?"

This is a good forum to reach a wide audience of TMs and TLs. Some of us have been here for kind of a while.

I’m good & beverage specifically produce fresh meat.

Mostly we have to keep inventory accurate and not order too much that doesn’t sell.

When the FDC throws like 10 cases of 93/7 ground turkey make sure you TPC that down so it sell before its short date.

Watch out for capacity when doing a revision bagged apples always get 100 fit. I change it to 10 fit.

I'm not F&B, but this happens in other areas. Crazy high capacities, or ridiculously low.
