Im curious to find out what stores still have in person interviews. Our store hires based off two videos of the prospect TM answering questions HR sends them. I feel that is partially the reason why my store's greet score is so low; we cannot gauge if that individual is a people person or not. I've voiced this to my ETLs and they say its Target policy

This process Policy hired 1 tm who does not speak English at all, and 1 tm who does not know our currency… and put them at service desk and registers. “ People person “ is the standard??
