Archived Hours where are..TL?

Honestly with my pay scale as a TL I'd be happy with 4 on/3 off.... 32 hours a week is enough for me to make ends meet.

Some leaders will allow this. We did this at my first store. We had 3 HLTL and they worked 32

This. It’s a running joke at my store right now. The entire swap shift book has been front end for the past three weeks. It’s time off being approved, yet they’re scheduled anyway. Scheduling during people’s class times. It’s annoying. The GSTLs have set schedules and suddenly those aren’t being followed, so we keep swapping everything.

Unfortunately my backroom team is small so we don't have the TMs for me to take 3 days off a week.

And where is this guarantee written?

Because 32 hours used to be the minimum required to be considered full time. I believe it is now 30 hours. Mostly to maintain benefits.

Team Leads are guaranteed 30 if they want it. Obviously you didnt sign a contract when you are hired which I think @unknown is referring too. But when you are entered into the computer upon hire/promotion. HR is supposed to put your average hours over 30 unlike tms.
