Had my DTL, HRBP, Pharmacy leader and DAPTL show-up for our Black-Friday ad set. All I got to say, boy was that fun....... That was in my first month of taking over ad prep and ad set......
well today our stl called any person who had a degree in to chat. seems that they are sending anyone with a degree through the round robin processes in our district. interesting. no talk of length of positions, scores, etc.
Internal promotions are the new thing. I'm tellin ya. If you want to work for target for the rest of your life, the chance is NOW. You will start seeing TL's from other stores, in your building when the DTL's and BP's are in the building. Exposure, exposure, exposure. The winds of change are blowing. Believe it.
