Each district is different but STLs are suppose to close on night a week. Doesn't have to be as LOD they are also suppose to do one overnight a month.

My STL is closing LOD once a week and rotates weekends just like all the other TL's and ETL's. When I first started, I didn't even know she was the STL because I always saw her pushing batches, setting endcaps, and responding to backups. I gotta say, as a TM, it definitely helps to see a STL doing the same bullshit as the rest of us.

The first STL I ever had was like this and I have to say it made working at spot a little bit easier specially since my tl and Etl did absolutely nothing.

My STL is LOD at least one, if not two or three times each week. (Might be because we're a fairly low volume store.) She's fair about schedule stuff and I know for a fact she once put it 38 hours straight to prepare for a corporate visit. She may be strict and serious sometimes, but we all know that she puts her fair share of work into the store and just wants to see it succeed so we all keep our jobs.

I'm working 8.5 hour shifts 5 days a week yet I rarely see the STL.
She's a really busy person, I guess?
